Mandarin Oriental - Aldar - Mandarin Oriental Residences at Saadiyat Island

Overlooking Zayed National Museum and its fountains, Mandarin Oriental Residences by Aldar Properties is Abu Dhabi’s first Mandarin Oriental-branded complex. Designed by BIG, it is nestled in the capital’s art epicenter Saadiyat Cultural District, Saadiyat Island. The luxury project offers 226 branded 1-4 bedroom apartments and 5-bedroom penthouses.

At the beginning of 2025, the developer announced the construction of a new building.

The average size of the properties ranges from 1,109 sq. ft up to 23,745 sq. ft. Select 3-4 bedroom units and all penthouses will be complemented with private pools.

The branded residences will showcase carefully designed interiors by New York-based Lillian Wu. Occupants will enjoy spaces enriched with earthy woods that establish an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, each branded home will greet with grand chandeliers, luxurious natural marbles, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, artisanal details, and thoughtfully curated lighting, all contributing to the home's grandeur.
